In today's Kindled, I thought it would be fun and useful to explore having patience and the test to faith required to trust God's will for your life and his timing.
God’s timing rarely aligns with ours.
Sometimes… often we feel that we, "deserve something," or “put in the work”.
We must trust that only looking backwards we can understand how and why God connected the dots the way he did. It is one of the truest tests of faith to patiently… WAIT!

Proverbs 16:9
“The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.”
👉 We should try our best to be intentional in life, but we must release our desires to God. His way, his established way will be superior.
Psalm 37:5
“Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.”
👉 Commitment comes before God’s action. Once you let go fully God could deliever.
James 4:13–15
“…You ought to say, ‘If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.’”
👉 Agency + Humility = Obedience
Agency: Doing what God has empowered you to do.
Humility: You view God's will as greater than your own.
Obedience: Doing what God is calling you to do, no matter what.
Galatians 6:9
“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
Habakkuk 2:3
“For the vision awaits its appointed time… If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come.”
👉 Waiting seasons are not empty. You could still do lots of good. You could still enjoy your life fully and be a light to others. The payoff will inevitably come, and the best part is you won't be impatiently waiting for it.
